Who we are

We are The Neurodiverse Agency, based in Cape Town, South Africa. If you have any question about your information, email us at hello@showup.courses.

What we collect

If you sign up for launch updates, we collect the email address you give us. That is all we ask for on this site.

If you buy the Scaffolded course, your payment and enrollment details are handled by Heights Platform, our course host, under their own privacy policy. We do not store your card details.

Why we collect it

We use your email address to send you occasional updates about the launch. If you bought the course, we use your details to give you access and run the course you paid for. Nothing else.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your information and we do not share it for anyone else to market to you. It reaches only the service providers that make this work, our email provider and our hosting provider, and only so they can do that job.

How long we keep it

We keep your email address until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. When you ask, we delete it.

Your rights (POPIA)

Under South Africa's Protection of Personal Information Act, you can ask to see the information we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. Email hello@showup.courses and we will action it.

Cookies

We do not use cookies to track you. Basic hosting analytics may record standard request information, such as which pages load, but this is not tied to you personally.

If this policy changes, the updated version will live on this page.
